Passed the Ice Sheffield arena yesterday. Looks really smart. First time I have seen it. Well after it had been open anyways. Does anyone know what the building to the right of it will become? (The one with quite high poles as supports) :?

I was thinking the same thing when I visited the other week, apparently it's going to be a multi-million £ training ground for world class athletes !?!:)

Used to go to the Ice rink on Queens road in the old days, four times a week, started from an absolute begginer,my,it was hard work for eighteen months. It was great fun though and after taking a few lessons we got quite good.

Ooo Lovely. Might attract them back to the Don Valley Stadium! They have no reason not to. "World Class Athletes training facility" & "Englands Largest Athletics Stadium" right next door to each other! Where is Sports Englands headquarters in the city?

Isn't it going to be the national HQ for sport?
