Is anyone ese feeling ripped off by BT's new phone book?

But they've split the area into tiny sections and our directory doesn't even cover 1/4 th of our caption area as we operate on a boundry.

£10 each they're asking for additional books.

We have 4 lines nad they won't send us 4 differnt books, just 4 of the same.

Is there someone to moan to, oftel or something?

I can't see the point of phone books in this day and age. Many people aren't with BT and many more just use mobiles.

You can get numbers online from BT for free at Directory Enquiries (www.bt.com/directoryenquiries) I use it all the time at work. Not ideal if you don't have many details because you cant just browse like with the books, but if you do have the details it's a lot quicker.

Does any other telephone service provider print a phone book and supply it free to its customers.
