We have a little one now - 4.5 months and are looking to pay a friend;s daughter to babysit soon. No idea what the going rate is for babysitting these days...

I have 2 children and pay our babysitter £3 per hour and pay for her taxi home.

I would expect at least £4.50

i used to get £10 a night

I pay £10 a night plus a taxi home.
