I'm looking at trying to book a Canal boat restaraunt for a meal. Does anyone know of one in operation. A name,.. phone number?

Cheers.

Miss_60 Was good thanks,.. but didn't have a list of barges acting as restaraunts. However phoning through those numbers might turn something up. Thanks a lot.

There is a nice one anchored on the river Trent at newark near the castle. Its worth a visit.

I'm sure I picked up a flyer about one (possibly called The Rose) sailing from Victoria Quays

Internet search didn't find it - but did find another on this page

There used to be one moored on the canal in the centre of worksop, we walked past it a number of times, but that was a couple of years ago so I don't know if it is still there.

There is one in Chester, if you're prepared to go that far.
