Im totally fed up with punctures and having to stop mid ride to deal with them. I was wondering whether anyone would recommend self healing tubes? Are they any good and where is the cheapest places to buy them?

They work, but theyre a lot heavier than regular tubes. It all comes downt to if you can get used to the increased rolling weight they add to your wheels or not.
