As the newly-appointed Eskimo Support Officer (job share)for Manor and Castle community I have several windows in my working schedule throughout the summer.
I have just completed my first assignment which involved re-training pub landlords to suffix their last-orders announcement
"Have you no homes to go to" with "or igloos".
The coming winter will of course be a hectic season with "holes in ice"initiatives rolling out city-wide.
A nose-rubbing day has unfortunately had to abandoned following concerns from certain quarters about frottage and the spread of cold-sores.
Finally the Council has been especially helpful in providing table-space at the next Diversity Day when we are hoping to have sessions devoted to kyak-making and slipper-chewing (Health and Safety implications withstanding).
