Do you mean The Star or do you mean the Sheffield Telegraph. The Telegraph comes out every Friday and contains the property paper. If you mean the Star then the early edition will already be out. The City Late edition is usually on sale in the city centre just after lunchtime but doesn't reach the suburbs until much later-about 4pm.:)

When I worked ay Meadowhall, we used to get our first delivery of Stars at about 11, and the City Final editions would come at about 2. Occasionally, there would be a City Extra. One such occasion was September 11th.
