Anyone had experience of this company.. Space Kitchens.. Had phone call tonight..... We have chosen you as the one to receive a big discount on one of our fitted kitchens if you are prepared to use your home as as 'show home in your area' etc. Sounds like a slick marketing company to catch people out. Anyone else had dealings from them?

Dont fall for it!! They'll do the work, then you'll get a nice big bill at the end of it.
"What promotion?" they will say scratching their heads.
Then you will get a letter from their "solicitor", and will end up in court, having to pay for work that you only had done because you thought it would be cheap.
If they were serious, they would have chosen one of their customers already having work done to be the show home.
PLUS - would you really want loads of weirdos knocking on your door for the next year or so, demanding to be let in to see your kitchen?

I told them no thank you. You do not get anything free these days more likely the quote would be inflated and then if you agree to their terms we give you a big percentage off so in the end its the same as if you went to joe bloggs down the street.
It works like this...
- You get the work done.
- You pay the normal price.
- They promise to send round prospective customers.
- They give you a little sign to put in your garden.
- You expect to get a rebate when someone orders a kitchen.
... nobody ever come to visit... so...
- You get your family and friends to come and have a look so they can order one for you to get your rebate.
- You lose the respect of your family and friends.
6 months later...
- You realise what a mug you were.
