I've heard that Afterlife isn't coming back for another series which is a shame as it was a really good series. Liked the ending though, nice to see Robert and Josh reunited again. :)

I totally agree! I really enjoyed both series :)

It wouldn't be the same with Robert as a ghost though - I was really hoping that he'd survive somehow!

That's a good point actually - maybe they wanted to keep their options open so didn't want to do a last ever trailer? I read on another forum that it wasn't coming back - apparently the actor who plays Robert wanted to move on to do other things.

It is one of the better prorammes on tv at the moment,but after to speakin to a number of people it isnt everyones cup of tea,some people i think are frightened by these sorts of programmes.

robert died ... and was reunited with his son .

I was willing Robert to survive. I thought it was great, really upsetting though! I don't think another series would work, I think it would ruin it if Robert kept appearing (a bit Randall & Hopkirk!)
