I have a Kellys Directory for 1954 which shows the person living there as James W Mason.

1933 not listed end's at 176. 1935 James Edward Shepherd clerk.

Must have been built in the early 30's.

Sorry haven't replied earlier - been on holiday. Kellys Directory is a list of all the addresses in a particular town. No good sending you a photocopy of the particular entry as all it shows is the address and the name. Suspect all the other replies you have had have been obtained from the same directory for different years.
