Mrs Goose   10 #1 Posted October 12, 2006 I'm an enthusiastic, but fairly clueless gardener and need some advice from people who know better please!  I want to move some shrubs (hardy fuschias/ a japanese maple/ some lavender) from my back garden to the front. They're all fairly small and not more than a couple of years old, so I think they'd survive - but is it the right time of year to do it, or should I wait until Spring?  Thanks for any help
 Share this content via...
Debk   10 #2 Posted October 12, 2006 I always find Autumn is an excellent time to divide & move plants, especially in periods of good weather like the one we are having now, when it is not too cold.
 Share this content via...
