I'm thinking about organising a Christmas casino party in Sheffield for about 100 or so people, and just wondered if anyone would be interested in coming along??

I'm new to Sheffield, and love events, so I thought i'd try and pair that with meeting new people and came up with this! I'd look to make it a regular thing if there was enough interest??

Any thoughts???

Better book it quick! We're having our work do at the Casino in Hillborogh and all Fridays/ Saturdays have long gone. We're going on a Monday now.

No I wouldn't book it at a casino, it's just not the same!! Get a function room and hire in croupiers and casino tables which isn't as expensive as it sounds!! That way, you get a private room, with a private bar/disco area etc for a buffet if required etc :-) x

It can also be black tie and ball gown, gives people a chance to get really glammed up?! I'll post some pictures at the weekend of one i've done before just for an idea :D x

Yes, this sounds fun. I've been to simlar casino 'themed' nights before. Always fun, and ironicaly a much more relaxed atmosphere than actull casinos. Although I assume it wouldn't be just be a 'forum thing', you'd only end up with two people turning up (that's including yourself, lol)
