Half the things she says are off the cuff comments that have no scientific meaning backed up with not one bit of proof. She harps on about eating foods high in zinc but condemns red meat as food of the devil yet red meat is one of the food groups highest in zinc content. I felt the trouble was they took families, who were so obviously eating the wrong foods that any idiot could have suggested ways to improve their diets. It would have been more interesting and informative if they took Joe and Jane Average and looked at their diets instead. Red meat is harder to digest so takes longer not good when shes trying to get people to lose weight fast. I feel a million times better in just a week, and I didn't have to do much. I've started having Bran Flakes for breakfast every day (loadsa fibre instead of nothing at all) and I eat my evening meal earlier so I don't go to bed on a full stomach, so I am sleeping better. That's all I had to do to make me feel like a new person.
