Rachylou 09-10-2006, 03:23 PM Hi
After being in Chesterfield for over 10 years we have decided to return to sheffield. We have put our house on the market but am desperate to come back to sheffield 6 area. I would like Wadsley lane or any of the roads off from there eg...Carlton' Lennox' Dorothy. These houses seem to go like hot cakes' so if you or anyone you know is thinking of moving would you let me know please thankyou...must be 3 bedroom.
Thanks Rachael:)

Representing an ideal opportunity for a first time buyer or a young family purchaser alike is this three bedroom semi detached property. An early viewing is essential in order to appreciate the standard of accommodation on offer and is ideally located for a range of local amenities and transport facilities. The property has a gas fired central heating system and upvc double glazing and in brief comprises: entrance hallway, lounge, dining kitchen with a range of units, landing, three bedrooms, family bathroom with three piece suite, driveway with off street parking for two cars, delightful enclosed rear garden. Viewing highly recommended

R0bert 10-10-2006, 02:42 PM Out of interest, what sort of prices are those houses going for on Lennox etc off Middlewood Rd?
vision 10-10-2006, 07:50 PM Have you thought about the Wadsley area ie. all the roads above Marlcliffe Rd and up to the common? Stone semis up near the common are around that price and there are all types of houses in that area. There are some large terraces at the top of Marlcliffe Rd and a large Victorian terrace on the lower part of Marlcliffe for around £180k - don't know if these have sold yet.

These houses are going for inbetween...£130000-£145000. Really worth it though as they are quite big inside although they dont have garages they do have cellars..(which are as good as....cos not many people use them for cars do they?)and attics aswell but all seem to sell fast so keep missing out!!!

Rachylou 13-10-2006, 05:28 PM Thankyou for the replys...On the advice of my estate agent ive decided to wait until after xmas to sell and buy. Apparantly no-one wants the hassle of moving around xmas time which come to think of it...makes sense' so will start again in feb time. Hopefully i will have more choice then too. So if anyone's thinking of selling their house in the s6 area around that time then please let me know..thanks
Rachael
