Come and knit a pink scarf for the Weston Park Hospital Cancer Appeal. Pink yarn has been provided by the yarn companies and is available now. Take it home or sit and knit. During National Knitting Week come and knit in the shop on the 14th, 17th and 18th October between 11 and 3. Scarves will be displayed in the shape of the pink ribbon in time for the best dressed window display on the 19th October and offered for sale from the 21st October with all proceeds to the appeal.

Oooh, I'll try and pop in tomorrow :)
Could Jill's post be made into a sticky Hecate? unless it already is and I haven't noticed
Scratch that, I won't be able to get over :(
I've got some lovely Jeager yarn in hot pink here, if I knitted a scarf could I donate it?
All donations gratefully accepted! My task this weekend is to construct the framework for the ribbon shape - if only I could knit one...........
Moved to own thread and made sticky, as requested :)
How did this go, Jill? Do you have any photos us ex- and non-Sheffielders could see? :)
Got a mention on the cancer appeal site here

Also had the Mayor round on Thursday having a pic taken with me in front of all the scarves. There are loads of them and they make a very colourful window display. There has been such a great response. If I find the camera before I sell them I will post a pic!
