Dirty house when moved in, clean when moved out, no deposit return as of yet (3 months later), terrible customr service, abusive and extremely hard to get hld of 'richard', only one who knows whats going on, apparently.

PJ Properties was as bad in Broomhill, they charge us all £30 for additional cleaning plus loads of other made up expenses even though we left the place immaculate and we got no deposit back!

When i first moved to Sheffield I had a rather bad experience with Abbey Lane accommodation who operated in Crookes; they took three months to return the deposit and then only a third of it, claiming that the smudge on the cooker and creased curtains required a top to bottom valet of the premises. They had always been prompt to come out to fix things; no wonder - I was paying for it...
