ok see I have this probem I'm addicted to caffine and energy pills and Its starting to show at home and parents are getting suspisious I'm not really worried about it but you know how it is anyway theres this other thing I have I'm addicted to trying to see how much medicine like prescription stuff I can get donwn my throat without killing over

If you want immediate advice, phoning NHS Direct would be a good start. The number's o845 46 47. They'd assess which tablets you've taken or feel like taking, talk to you about what's driving you to this compulsion, and maybe suggest further helplines for substance abuse if you need to chat to someone who understands better. They'd even arrange an ambulance if they think you've taken a dangerous concoction of medicines. I do wonder what it is that you're so desperate to blot out.
