Someones sent me some pics that I can open in picture/fax viewer but I want to be able to open them in other programs so that I can see them better & larger as they are too small for me to recognise.
When I open my photo programs & then open pictures they don't show at all.
I have checked properties & they come up as a file.
What can I do to see them clearly?

Is the format supported by your photo program you are using to open them in?

Excuse my ignorance but I've no idea.

What is the file extension. In other words does it end in .bmp or .jpg or .gif or some other?

Do something for me - Find the file in explorer and hover over the thumbnail and tell me what size the picture is.
