I'm finally in the position where i really need to find a place...

i've got about 65k, and want somewhere shiregreen way or thereabouts.

Why would you wish to live in Shiregreen? It's like, chav central :lol:

i know exactly how you feel, me and my partner hate where we are living, and are looking to rent somewhere, we have up to £425 pcm to spare and dont want a shared house. We are currently paying £400 in netheredge in a 2up2down. if anyone knows of anything or could help please could you pm me :)

AJCrowley, if you try Halifax website and put in under 50k, you will see a million and one places for sale in Shiregreen. Thats good for you if you choose to live there, but it kind of tells you something about the area when 7/10 places for sale are in Shiregreen.
