I just seen that a smiling Sky News man got an Emmy for how they presented the 7/7 news story despite logistical probs. How extraordinary that people are getting blown to pieces in London and they get an Emmy for it. It's so ridiculous I can't even think of an appropriate comment.

OMG can this world get any worse? cant they just put their money and time into finding ways of not letting it happen again?

To be honest I would feel a lot safer if MI5 / MI6 / the police put their money and time into finding ways of not letting it happen again then Sky news.

Through the wonders of modern technology this thread has gone onto the Entertainment Section presumably because it mentions Emmys, I didn't do that.

suppose so, maybe the hospitals, civilians etc deserve more of a mention than sky news.Sky are so arrogant that they have made themselves telling the news into a news story in itself.

The Emmy Awards are United States television production awards, so I don't think that many hospitals would win any awards; unless you know of any good tv programs made by hospitals.
