I hate applied I cord, it is so slow going - Its taken me 3 evenings just to do half the neck, down the from and about 4 inches along the bottom of my Samus. Going at this rate Ill be finished next year:cry: You wouldnt think that just adding 3 stitches around the edge of something would take soooooooooooo long:( Saying that though it does give a nice edgeing

Anyway I have bought a zip - went into Fine fabrics in Hillsborough and they got me a perfect one in in a few days - they are marvellous. Anyone got any good links on zip insertion - Im worried Im going to make a mess of it and this project has taken a long time now (on and off between my voyage into the world of sockmaking:hihi:)
