Comrades- I stand here before you today as the most sucessful (yet most humble) Chancellor of the Exchequar of all time. Friends, we live in a country where there is opportunity for all and where all can reach their full potential. For example, a Scotsman could aspire to be Prime Minister and indeed a Scotsman should be Prime Minister. It is only then that our society can truely be said to be fair and decent.
Of course our party is not just about a political programme but also about our soul, and nobody better embodies this than my very good friend and neighbour Tony Blair. Comrades those words should go fourth from this hall today - "Tony Blair, our soul". "Tony Blair, our soul". [Wild applause]
Brothers I say to my fellow Scott Sir Menzes Campbell you are a bore. You are a total bore, you have bored this nation pantless Ming, bored it pantless. so for the good of your party go now.
