How many golds will Great Britain get?

How many medals will they get?

Personally I think it's going to be a poor Olympics for us. Hopefully Radcliffe will come up trumps.

We'll get nowt much - a couple of medals tops.

British Athletics is in chaos at the moment - most of the 'stars' have retired , what is replacing them?

We are sending one boxer...surely we have more talent in gyms around the country than that?

We have a good chance on the velodrome. The sprint team seem to be in good form and we have chances with some of the individual sprinters.

Richard Faulds, the clay pigeon shooter may also be in with a chance for gold.

Remember Malcolm Cooper? He was always a dead cert in the shooting along with Adrian Moorhouse in the swimming for a gold. The swimming always used to be amongst the first events to be decided so there is generally where the first bunch of medal came from.

I'd like to see Great Britain have some success in the Gymnastics for a change. We normally do well in the sailing as well don't we?

We have some talent but they have to qualify these days and none of them other than Khan was able to do this.

Khan recently won gold at the World Junior championships and has an outside chance of a medal but I think these games may have come a couple of years too soon for him. He also has Mario Kindelan the world number 1 to contend with who is an outstanding boxer. It is a shame that he hasn't got a team of other lads to train with. Been a sole representative makes it much harder.
