ETC?

The heavy metal show from the early days of C4, on before (or after) the Tube.

Could it be the Oxford Road Show? It featured a lot of music along with 'yoof issues', and the title was frequently abbreviated to 'ORS'.

Here's TV Cream's (http://tv.cream.org)typically pithy description:

OXFORD ROAD SHOW
FAMOUSLY WORTHY-BUT-DULL shows on "issues" for "young adults" by "young adults" presented from a scaffolding-riddled studio on Oxford Road, Ealing (hence the title - not, as many thought, a travelling Radio 1-style revue of scarf-wearing dons, though maybe that would have been more entertaining). Now only remembered as the template for THE YOUNG ONES' "Nozin' Aroun'"...
