Hello. Me and my girlfriend are about to rent a house in this development at Brewery Warf. Just wondering if anyone has any positive/negative comments about it here? or if anyone knows of any particular reasons to or not to move there? any info would be appreciated (i.e. is it lively? noisey? mostly students/couples? etc)
