I did an Access course at Loxley in 97 and it was fine.
The lecturers were very helpful. The Learning Centre/Library was full of great resources and the creche facility was a big help.

Loxley College rules! I've done loads of courses there and I won't hear a bad word said about the place...

As for the new complex, it'll be open by September 2005 the powers that be reckon.

I went there when I was supposed to be doing an Advanced GNVQ in IT but we mainly spent most our time drinking in the Pub down the road. Was a pleasant College tho. Good facillities and good staff. Is that security guard still there that goes "Move off the chairs please you can't sit down?"

No i don't think that security guards still there, but i aggree with j-blaze the staff are all really really friendly - not like school teachers at all!

No they're most definitely not like school teachers, you're on first name terms with your teacher for a start :)

My old teacher down at Loxley had known me pretty much most of my life before I started College back in the mid 90s, as she knew my Mum from way back, and her kids went to the same Junior school as me donkey's years ago in the late 70s/early 80s.
