Just looking at getting back from Manchester after a gig on Saturday the 30th September. Is the last train back really 10:18pm on Saturday and the next one 7:45am on Sunday or am I being a Spaz?? Please, someone tell me I am being stupid???

If that's correct then what bloody use is that!!
Stupid frakin trains, not supprising people don't use em!

That is indeed what the timetable says. If you go from Manchester Oxford Road you can catch one at 00:56 but with one change that won't get you there until 09:05 in the morning!

Thats absolutley useless, on Friday nights the last one is like at 00:20. Is there engineering works going on or something?

Congratulations, but the OP is talking about trains after midnight, not mid-day......

I'd ring up and check the information is correct if I were you. As I said I've got the train back from Manchester at 00:20 (about) before on a Friday. Something weird has got to be going on that particular day or the website is wrong.

I've got the same problem. Supposed to be going to a gig in Manc tomorrow, but the last train back is, indeed at 2218.

Looks like I'm not going to the gig then as I don't fancy hanging around until the first train at 8am.

That's utter rubbish!
