You can help your local lads Silverjet play at the City Hall supporting Thunder!! You probably appreciate this is something pretty big for a local unsigned band to have this opportunity!

All you need to do is get ya mobiles out and text "GIG Silverjet" to 87121 text cost £1.50 and there are no other charges, it's not a subscription service.

Just had a message, Silverjet are on at the boardwalk this saturday. So if it practical support you want to give, get down there.

I would guess that the money goes to the big fat cats unfortunately!!!

It is supporting us in the sense that, we're an unsigned band trying to get our music out to as many people as possible. Most of the time, unless you have loads of money to buy onto a high profile tour then you don't get the opportunity to play with a band like Thunder or a venue like the City Hall!

We know it's a lot to ask of people...but if you don't ask then you don't get!
We don't expect everyone on the forum to text in by any means! But if people like us and want to help then that's fantastic...if not, then just come and see us on Saturday @ The Boardwalk ;-)
