well the title says it all really - i'm trying to choose cat insurance, but don't know which companies are good for paying out etc
If anyone can reccommend / advise who not to bother with.... that'd be good
thanks

Can I ask which company that number is for? I am considering getting pet insurance in the near future too, and am wanting to compare prices and policies.

I am going for Petplan for my kitten :)
I have only heard good things about them and that they are very quick to pay out.
Also, make sure you get a policy which covers for life, so that if the cat develops a condition which will affect it for years, they will pay for the treatment for the rest of her life, as some insurers will only pay for the year following diagnosis.
Petplan cover for life.
Have a look at their website Petplan (http://www.petplan.co.uk)

My mum has recommended PetPlan too... they have paid out over £2000 for her cat's treatment so far!

ignore it...its for car insurance!!...mind you, they may quote you!!
Its always good to have some protection for your pussy.........or dog cos the vets can be very expensive.
We just told our cats to behave and watch how they go. It's worked so far.
