I love all the Motown hits mentioned above, but my all time favourite is 'Third Finger Left Hand', by Martha and The Vandellas. Second is The Four Tops with 'Can't Help Myself'.

Do I love you, frank wilson.
There's only 2 original copies in the world and the last one sold for £15000 .
Heres some info and a video of the song.

This thread could run and run. There’s another 40-plus artistes not yet mentioned! There’s also a ‘Sheffield’ thread asking whether Lionel Ritchie was born at Grenoside. Obviously not from a Motown fan, but look out for a merge anyway!

"Roadrunner" by Junior Walker & the Allstars by a short head from "This Old Heart", Isley Brothers and many many more.

Almost everything Mowtown produced in the 60's was pure class.

I don`t think Otis was on Motown, and sure Stylistics were not on either.
