But seriously you wouldn't believe the amount of sexism I've come across over the years. Absolutely shocking I tell you! Yes I know what you mean but you can exclude me in that area - I've been married for 23 years and have 2 kids.

I think I get my interest from my dad - he always had to find out how things worked and I seem to take after him. He could also teach himself skills and I am the same there too - I taught myself to crotchet when I was 10 year old for example (not quite the same I know but girls were limited to what they were allowed to do then).

yes too right... I too can build a p.c and happen to be female.. have also got city and guilds 236 in electrical instalations although I dont do this as a job any more mainly due to biased men
