I am looking for the title deeds for my property to work a couple of things out.

Does anyone know where i can get these from cheap and wether or not it will show whos boundries are which and wether or not they are supposed to have a gate on our land?

The deeds for your property belong to you and the mortgage company will have them in safe storage you are entitled to copy of the deeds but not the orginals contact your mortgage company and request a copy some companies make a charge for this. the information you require will be in the deeds

I have a copy, but they don't explain very much. Its doesn't let me know which boundries i am responisble for, but it does suggest that next door have a gate onto our land.

If you have a copy are they the full title deeds the full title deeds should explain in detail and very precise details of your boundaries and conditions or is it that you only have a copy of the plan not the full deeds I should check with whoever you got the copy from.
