Just thought I would bring this to everyone's attention.
I've been in The Bath Hotel many times at night, but never for food.
Working in the area of West Street (I'm on Victoria Street), I popped in the Bath Hotel yesterday lunchtime out of interest to see what it was like and if it did food.
I was pleasantly suprise, I found a nice cosy little pub with friendly barstaff doing a small but adequate range of food which turned out to be really nice and great value for money :)
I think I'll be going there for lunch again - would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for hot food at lunchtime.

I am a fan too. We always use it as an escape route on a Friday / Saturday. Really friendly bar staff. Although, the choice of drinks is sometimes limited; which is not surprising given the size of the small cute bar.
I love the pink toilets too.
I've been in there a couple of times with friends - nice, traditional pub.
Never eaten there, but enjoyed a few beers there of an evening.

great beers, nice staff, perfect place for a chat with mates, and some decent live bands if you are lucky (although i think the room is ridiculously small to welcome a band..). Will have to try their food now.

It is a great place to escape from the madness of West St.

That comment. Yes. It is so nice to walk through the atmospheric West Street but not have to go to any of the bars where you have to queue for hours and end up unable to move, and take the side street down to The Bath.
I have been there a few times with my class and we love it. No mirrors in the male toilets and the fact that they do not take card would be the two downfalls for me.

Another fan here. A great place to get away from it all. Great atmosphere and always friendly.
As a new non-smoker I am so pleased they have the no-smoking snug, it helps keep me off the evil weed.

Yeah I never seem to be in luck for a smoking table. :(
