Don't know if anyone has any information on local Holy Wells and Springs???

I am looking for very specific information on a particular English deity possibly from the Celt's or earlier. She has associations with these sorts of wells.

Many years ago, I used to fetch all my water from a holy well just off the penistone by-pass every week, as at that time I never drank tap water at all.

I also started to fetch my drinking water from the well at Buxton Spa for the same reason, but I am talking about the mid. sixties so I couldn't say what the situation is now.

Do you still fetch it from there Albert?
