halevan   11 #3 Posted June 23, 2003 Many years ago, I used to fetch all my water from a holy well just off the penistone by-pass every week, as at that time I never drank tap water at all.  I also started to fetch my drinking water from the well at Buxton Spa for the same reason, but I am talking about the mid. sixties so I couldn't say what the situation is now.
