Tickets seem to be available still, which surprises me. Although they aren't the world's greatest, I would have thought they could sell out a 900 capacity venue.

It hasn't been well advertised as far as I can tell, but still a little surprising.

I like Embrace (not so keen on the recent stuff), but they are rubbish live. Maybe people have got wise to them!

Probably due to the fact that live they sound ABYSMAL.

Yes they are - he can barely sing as it is after going through all the mixers. The high notes make you want to cringe.

Truly dreadful, I'm afraid. We went to see them at the outdoor thing at Sherwood recently, and by about 2 songs in, they'd mixed him right down and the band, up, but it still sounded shocking. I think because a lot of their songs are "singalong anthem" types, they've got away with it for a long time!

next tuesday. when i saw them at the octagon a few years ago his voice was good, but i have heard a lot of criticism about that however.

still surprised they haven't sold out the leadmill tho.

I think part of the problem is that, for an Oasis tribute band, the name "Embrace" doesn't sound anything like Oasis. If they called themselves something like "NoWaySis" or "The Wonderwalls" it might give punters a better idea of what to expect.

Yep, it's the real Embrace.

See the leadmill website for details.
