Hey all my Ipod video arrived today I was wondering if it was possibe to put dvd movies on to it. Do I need a conversion programme to put them in a specific format oter than a ripped dvd file?
If so can anyone please reccomend an idiot proof one?

HI,
It's a bit of a fiddly process, but i've managed to put dvd's onto my ipod (via the pc of course) I followed the tutorials onthis website (http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/articles/tutorials/)
I use Videora ipod convertor and dvd decryptor software, both were free off the net.
It will explain it all much better than I could! :)

Hi,
I use Itunes to shift all my files onto my ipod, if I remember right I put my video files in a folder on my desktop, then when I opened Itunes I got it to add the files from that folder.
hope that makes sense :)
