Jabberwocky 07-09-2006, 21:57 My idea of exercise in the mornings is having a good cough.

Don_Kiddick 07-09-2006, 22:00 Have you any idea what cold water does to nipples? :o!
You'll have your eye out....
Jabberwocky 07-09-2006, 22:01 Yeahhh it is fun, i did it for 15 years and i enjoyed every second of it! I just LOVED calf cramps and dropping dumb bells on my nuts and letting go of the barbell half way through a set of heavy squats to scratch my nose only to realise that once you let go you cant reach it again.
I ended up with huge muscles but bruised nads and 3 inch long legs.

Good for you, although a goth with a healthy glow, that would have been a shunning back when i used to haunt the scene. we used to take drugs to say thin and breakfast was a marlboro and a glass of JD. those were the day's. I am rather healthy now. except for the coffee and fags that is
GothicCharm 08-09-2006, 07:34 Goths can look after their bodies you know lol.
I'm mainly wanting to lose weight, which doesn't really happen on half a dozen packs of biscuits a day.
Agent Orange 08-09-2006, 07:45 Wow - this seems extreme!! You training for the SAS or summat?! lol
Well done for choosing this new lifestyle and wish you all the best in maintaining it. If you ever need any info and support give us a shout cos I'm a seasoned runner and might be able to give you some tips.
merlin_7799 08-09-2006, 09:09 Sounds completely awful!
I have been thinking about adopting some sort of healthier lifestyle, I'm reading a book on quitting smoking, yes I do read it whilst smoking
And...even though I ate 2 cakes yesterday and a couple of late night snacks, I am trying to get my diet in some sort of order - I was actually craving fruit the other day - never a good sign!
Gothic, instead of such drastic action can you walk to work and back?
Rachylou 08-09-2006, 09:14 My idea of exercise in the mornings is having a good cough.
LOL....well i do my situps everymorning...well just one actually' when i get out of bed!!!
I bought my daughter a trampoline for her birthday and have found myself on it everyday...its a good form of excercise and really enjoyable at the same time. I'd recommend them to anyone who's wanting to get fit.

Yes, indeed! This is how I kept my breasts so firm and perky all these years
This is great news GC, you are bound to feel heaps better in a short time
Jabberwocky 09-09-2006, 20:04 A three course breakfast is the important thing.
Personally I go for a fag, a coffee and a cough. Works wonders!
