My Sony micro system (CMT NE3 ) wont play CDR's for some reason. i have looked in the manual anad it says the disks must be recorded in ISO level 1 or 2 fromat, but I don't know what this means.

Hi Zinger549,' nero' software will write and copy Disks in iso 1 and 2. ISO to keep things simple,is i think the way a computer writes a small amount of data to the disk so other computers can read it. I will stand to be corrected about this, i am sure their will be plenty of other CD burning software available on the market that do the same as 'nero'. Hope this helps.
