Anyone know anything about it? I saw a sign for it today on my way to a job interview. On Sunday 10th Sept from memory.

Anyone planning on going to it or been before?

Having trouble finding it. A google search brings up plenty of hits but no post codes at first glance.

Combining efforts on two map sites suggests Bawtry road must be the huge one running the entire length of the south side of Rotherham. Google maps showing lots of green land but I cant pinpoint anything deffinately sporty bar the golf course.

As I was going to be heading through Rotherham tomorrow morning I was thinking about having a nosy, but sounds like ticket price will put me off as I dont have much time.

There will be:
Friday: BBQ & disco
Saturday: Cruise, Meadowhall trip, free meal, kids magic show & disco
Sunday: Live bands, Show n Shine

The cost is £18 per adult for the whole weekend (and includes free BBQ etc) and kids under 17 are free.
Enter by 14th August to get a free Rod Run T-shirt. It gets very busy, and is limited again this year to the first 250 applicants.

Sounds too american for me...we are off to Rotherham show now.
