Yes it already happened, I saw mince pies in Sainsburys on The Moor today! We are on the downward slope, consumerism is striking once more to make up for the shoddy sales figures during the football.
Strike back, do not begin your Xmas shopping until December 1st.

I noticed all of the Christmas cakes and stuff in Tesco today- only 3 months earlier than I want to buy them!

I agree 100%, mince pies are the best and should be on sale all the time.

Good God! My local Tesco doesn’t start for at least another fortnight. And Easter Eggs and Hot-Cross Buns uually appear on the shelves in February.

Was in the one at Cortonwood yesterday and all the chocolate selection boxes and quality streets were out! They were on an aisle opposite disposable barbecues and garden parasols!!

In my local Sainsbury's they are. They might promote them more nearer to Christmas but you can buy them throughout the year.
Also Hot-Cross buns aren't confined to Easter.
