Are there any clubs which run Sunday classes. It's the only time I have free. I would be particularly interested in grappling/ju-jitsu.

I would be particularly interested in grappling/ju-jitsu. I run a kickboxing club which runs on a sunday. Unfortunately it is not grappling it is stand up based. We are based at Wellington street boxing gym which is down the street from the Devonshire Cat Pub. Our class is 12-130pm (an extra half hour is there for the fighters for extra padwork/sparring,..etc) Our club is a good place to come to if you like doing a lot of bagwork and combinations on thai pads and focus mitts. Or even if you enjoy a good spar. Hopefully somebody on here such as BJJmonkey or LankymanBJJ or even Crayfish will be able to help you with Sunday grappling classes. All 3 of the above are highly skilled in Brazilian Ju Jitsu and use my club to help with their stand up skills for MMA matches. Hope you find what you are looking for Farhad Ali Tartempion 04-09-2006, 22:18 Taekwondo 4pm - 5.30pm at Hillsborough Leisure Centre. It's not grappling but it's a good work out. Lots of kicking, sparring, fitness work and basic techniques. Costs £4 a session.
