Feeling a little 'delicate' from last night, thinking about my stomach (as is often the case) and trying to avoid work has lead to a discussion in my office about the best food to have when you have a hangover.

General consensus seems to be bacon butty, with lashings of HP Brown Sauce.

some odd people believe some stuff called 'fruit' is best. crazy fools.

so whats your favouritest hangover food? personally it has to be a sausage sarnie with brown sauce.

Yes, Ok, I am the saddo who voted for fruit but orange juice usually does me the world of good.

A 10 mile walk works really well too, not.

A full fry up usually does the trick, think it's all the grease, yum! Failing that two fried egg sarnies!

Nah mate
The full blown greasy breakfast beats em all ...keep it down for 10 minutes (if you can) then all's well again. If your on holiday in Spain they have something called Fernet Branca now that is a magic potion it sorts the hangover out in a flash....kind of like tasting meths and battery acid all in one but it sure is good stuff.

Fry up for me, thanks!

I accessed that site - don't know about "sex acts", but that 6lb burger was fairly gross! And they wonder why they have an obesity problem in the States!

Between 3 and 5 Mcdonalds Cheeseburgers usually does the trick for me. My girlfriend swears by twister ice lollies, I had some yesterday and i must admit she has a point, Off to the supermarket now for some more, they ain't half addictive.

A McDonalds breakfast - either a sausage or bacon McMuffin, very greasy hash brown and a cup of that very strong coffee that McDonalds serve. Then the world's alright again.

I have a scientific explanation for it too -

alcohol dehydrates the body and also depleets vitamin c - so a nice salty bacon butty with a loverly glass of vitamin c enriched orange juice sorts all problems out
