It's soon to be in stock at Get Knitted apparently. I haven't done a search, so not sure if anywhere else has this yet. I've read all sorts of good things about it on various blogs, so I'm definitely going to give it a try.

I think I may venture down to Bristol for the next Get Knitted open day next month and have a bit of a yarn fondling session. I forgot there was one last weekend :( . Not sure if I should dare though; I'm afraid I'll slip into a yarn-buying frenzy and bankrupt myself :hihi: .

OOOh wonder if they'll have any at the NEC? I've fancied some of this since I heard them talking about it on Knitcast a couple of months ago.

But there are 400m to a skein, so you could get a nice sized shawl out of just 2 skeins, and it is a silk blend after all (can you tell I'm trying to justify buying some of this?! ;) )

I think it's crying out to be knit into a stole, lacey scarf or a shawl of some decription. I also did a Google search for 'Handmaiden Seasilk scarf' and got loads of links to various blogs with details of what it's being used for.

Amelie's right, of course. The skeins are 400 m, so the price is pretty reasonable really.
