Reason: Cos its monday and im on my period.

Absolutely crap! I've had hardly any kip all weekend, im hungover and suffering with cold. I just need a bed :mad:

I would describe my mood today as 'condition : mauve' , I'm neither ludicrously happy, nor in the depths of misery, I think its the rather disappointing downturn in the weather through august that has brought it on, all through july we were basking in red hot sunny days and life felt good, then august brought washout weather and a dip to autumnal temperatures. I am hoping that once the youth are back in the shackles of their educational/correctional facilities, that we will enjoy an indian summer of warm sunny days and balmy nights, maybe then I can change the bulb and go to 'condition: amber'. :D

I'm in a vile mood, it started off badly and deteriorated when I went to RSVP for lunch and some foolish woman bought her scratty, noisy sprogs in with her. I ended up walking out without finishing my lunch or drink. A gaggle of squealing teenage girls fuelled the flames of anger when they insisted on holding their inane conversation on the tram at 150db in irritating shrill voices.

I'm in a mood that would make St Francis of Assisi kick a sparrow :mad:

But i also feel tired

through the day my mood has moved from

fearful - pensive - relieved - dissappointed - concerned - fearful again - happy - contented - fearful - worried - confused/nervous

Hopefully it will move to happy again soon

My moods tend to follow what shift I'm working. Never seem to get used to nights and am always grouchy by the end of the 7th shift, with afternoons I always seem to start flagging about 5pm no matter how much sleep I've had. Only 2 more shifts this week then I can have 6 days off, suddenly feel a whole lot better.
