I have three things that I need doing in my house and wondered if you could give me a rough guide to a price for all of them individually - as I might have to have them done one at a time due to finances!
1) hallway and stairs painting - general semi detached house- not particulary big
2) living room wallpaper stripped - room approx 19' x 12'
3) Living room painted - as above
The living room ceiling is also papered at the moment so a rough price for sttripping and painting this would also be appreciated.

Hi we have a bungalow with a slingsby style loft ladder to the third bedroom - is done out like a bedroom - was like this when we moved in but we would like a proper staircase and dormer putting on - it already has a velux window (totally removable in case of fire). Is this something you do? Thanks Sue

Hi, I would like a quote for:

a) painting an average sized hallway, stairs and landing (it has darkish wall paper on so may need to strip it first if it won't paint over)
b) ripping the landing carpet up and (Hopefully if the floorboards are any good) sanding, filling any dodgy bits and varnishing the boards
c) removing 2 fitted wardrobes and wood chip wallpaper from a bedroom sized 14' 6" by 14' 8", then painting walls & Ceiling

I would like these jobs (particularly the hall jobs) done asap (within 2 weeks?) :D

I think that's it for now but if you're cheap and good there'll probably be loads more!
