Can anyone tell me what Campbell Homes is doing near Loxley Common? I can see a large house with the name of the company written in large white letters from my window. I think it might be Loxley House from the direction. Anyone from over there know what's going on?

Yes, Mr Cambell has bought the land and I presume the building too for as I heard it about a million quid.
Apparently he will be whacking up some new homes to sell on at about 350.000.00 although given the current intrest rate rises he may look to price them cheaper. Still well out of our price range.
I am beggining to think we will never get our foot on the ladder "sigh"

It is Loxley House, I beleive the house will be converted to apartments and there will be some detached/semi-detached houses built as well.

Probably the same type of apartments as im in at the moment,(campbell homes) its a lovely apartment,much larger than average,well worth what i paid for it:thumbsup:
