Does anyone else remember Terrahawks ?

That Zelda woman reminds me of a history teacher at school ! Used to love the voice of Windsor Davies in it and those funny cubes [I am thinking of right thing aren't I ?!]

The complete collection of 39 episodes is coming out on 19th July on a ten disc set. Now where's my credit card ? :P

Damn, I want that! But I'm already saving for the Ulysses 31 box set from Play.com, out end of August.

Oh well, might save up some more and get both in the same order :)

Yup, I really remember it, even the theme, if you want to check out the theme go to http://tv.cream.org/

Oh, btw, they was spheres, not cubes, lol.

Was there another programme on around that time where 5 little ships made one big one and I'm not talking about Battle of the Planets?

Terrahawks...... fond memories of saturday mornings when I was young.

Talk with a gargling throat to sound like the brother of Zelda was it?

Star Fleet was definitely better than anything from the Gerry Anderson camp (Joe 90 and Fireball XL5 were baaaadddddd!!, even for the '80s)

The spaceships were cooler, the baddies were scarier (and foxier - such as Commander Makara) and characters were actually killed off in the show.

Now I think of it...it was actually quite disturbing television for Satuday morning viewing :wow:

Yungstar was that one. Looked like Freddy Kreugger, but without the gloves.

Yungstar was Zelda's "son", they also had Cy-Star, who was an alien Edwina Curry lookalike who was supposed to be Yungstar's "sister".

In later series Zelda also created another sibling of undetermined gender called "Goybirl".

I've been in Town looking for the 10 disc DVD boxset this morning, but nobody even knows what I'm on about when I enquire about it :loopy:

Does anyone know any shops in like Meadowhall etc that sell it?

I've looked round Woolies, Virgin, Smiths, even Music Zone down the Moor haven't got it, typical stupid Woolworths had never even heard of it despite it being available on their web site at £59.99 :loopy:
