Hi, I'm moving up to Broomgrove Hall on Collegiate Campus in a couple of weeks to be a Senior Resident, but I've been sent a list of things to think about and having not actually lived in halls last year I need a bit of help from someone who has.

Here are the things for me to think about:
"Hall Committees - how could these be set up and made to work effectively?
Hall Budgets - how can they be used to benefit students through events or equipment?
Awareness Campaigns - what do you see as the key areas to raise awareness amongst students i.e. Crime, Noise Nuisance, Anti Social Behaviour and coping with exam pressure etc."
