Also, as well, the property I'm looking at is at Meadowhead. Seems a decent area. Its above some shops next to the meadowhead roundabout. Is it an ok area?

We rent through them and found them to be fairly helpful, if a bit slow. Only problem so far has been that they failed to set up our standing orders. not that im complaining about the fact we are not paying rent yet!

I rented a house with them a few years back and found they were very professional.. slightly too professional perhaps but they certainly dotted the i's crossed the t's and handled things well..

Given my experiences with other agents since, I'd say give Brownill V's a good look as an option...
