Does anyone know if you need a passport to get into countries like Jersey and Guernsey?
I thought they were part of the Uk so I thought we could just go in but I have heard different things, does anyone know for definite?
And do children have to have a passport?

Tha last time I went to Jersey I didn't need a passport. Uness things have changed as this was about 10 years ago.

I believe you need a Passport if you're flying there, as the airline will ask for photo-id before allowing you to board the plane for security reasons.

I'm not sure whether you would need a Passport to enter the islands although they are not part of the United Kingdom.
